I wasn&#8217;t sure if I would be able to keep up with the other &#8220;campers&#8221; but Sheila is a great motivator and makes sure you work within your fitness level progressing when you are ready to, no matter what fitness level you are at.<\/p>\n<p>Each workout is challenging &amp; demanding but fun (yup-don&#8217;t want to miss a minute of the fun!) as no 2 workouts are ever the same.
